MEMORANDUM OPINION DENYING MOTION TO APPOINT HEALTHCARE OMBUDSMAN

THIS MATTER came before the Court for hearing on October 26, 2007 upon the Motion to Appoint Patient Care Ombudsman [D.E. 20] filed by the United States Trustee and the Debtor’s response thereto [D.E. 21].
