A dwelling bouse owned by appellant, Harry J. Obermeyer, insured to tbe amount of $2,000.00 by appellee, Pboenix Insurance Company, of Hartford, 'Connecticut, was destroyed by fire. Appellant instituted this action on tbe policy, and appellee defended.
