This is an appeal from an order denying contestee’s motion to dismiss an election contest on the grounds that the trial court does not have jurisdiction over the subject matter or the person of the contestee. We affirm.

At the November 7, 1972, general election contestant, Robert Y. Holmen, and contestee, Melvin J. Miller, were opposing candidates for election to the Minnesota House of Representatives from District 12A, which includes Todd County and a part of Morrison County.
