This is an action instituted by appellee, Anderson, to recover on a policy of insurance issued to him by appellant insurance company.

Anderson owned a truck which, was damaged in a traffic mishap in May, 1950. Just how much repair was done on the truck at that time, was one of the questions in this case. In August, 1950, Anderson applied to a local agent of the appellant, Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company (hereinafter called “Insurance Company”), for a policy to insure the truck against damage by collision or upset.
