|2In this worker’s compensation proceeding defendants, Johnson Storage and Moving Company and its insurer, Zurich Insurance Company, appeal the judgment in favor of claimant, Lanson Jimmerson, awarding him temporary total disability benefits related to a May 15, 2012 work-related injury. The judgment appealed also awarded claimant penalties and attor*114ney fees and further determined that claimant did not forfeit benefits under La. R.S. 23:1208.
