MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
ANITA B. BRODY, District Judge.
Before me is plaintiffs Motion for a Preliminary Injunction on its infringement and unfair competition claims under the Lanham Act. On August 28-30, 2000, I conducted an evidentiary hearing on the Motion, and on September 25, 2000 I heard Oral Argument from both parties. I will grant the motion.
