CASEY, District Judge.
The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Enron Corp. (“Committee”) appeals an order of the Bankruptcy Court authorizing the retention and employment of the law firm Swidler Berlin Shereff Friedman, LLP (“Swidler”) as Special Employees’ Counsel to represent employees of Enron Corp. (“Enron”) and its related entities (together, “Debtors”). The Bankruptcy Court approved the retention of Swidler based, among other things, on a finding that it was for a good business reason.
