Pearl-Phil GMT (Far East) Ltd. (“Pearl” or “Appellant”) appeals, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1), from the Memorandum Decision and Order entered November 1, 1999, by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York ruling in favor of debtor The Caldor Corporation and its affiliates (collectively, “Caldor” or “Appellee”).
