This matter comes before the Court on the Trustee’s: (1) Application for Authority to Appoint Lewis & Babcock, LLP as Special Counsel Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 327(e) (“Application”) and (2) Motion to Pay the Necessary Expenses of Litigation as they are Incurred (“Motion”).1 T & B Tube, Inc., a holder of an allowed administrative priority claim, filed an objection to the Trustee’s Motion.
