LEAHY, Chief Judge.
There are two defendants named in this action, Warren Petroleum Corporation and its wholly owned subsidiary, Warren Maritime Corporation, which will be referred to as “Warren” or the defendant. Warren is charged with the use of alleged confidential information allegedly furnished to it by plaintiff. Defendant is a substantial manufacturer and marketer of liquefied petroleum gas (referred to by the parties as LPG). This commodity is delivered to the market by rail or by water.
