This matter came before the Court on defendants’ motion to compel arbitration, to stay the adversary proceeding, and to dismiss the adversary proceeding. The facts in this case are as follows: Plaintiff entered into a contract with defendants in connection with a contract between defendants and the City of Albuquerque,.New Mexico.
