Plaintiff Caroline Burman (Burman) brought this action alleging unlawful discrimination based on sex, sexual harassment, and unlawful retaliation in violation of G.L.c. 151B against Bell & Howell Phillipsburg Co. (Bell & Howell), Kenneth Tripp (Tripp) and John Tarascio (Tarascio). Burman also asserts claims for intentional infliction of emotional distress against the defendants.
