Defendants Robert Aulicino, Jr., David Cleary, and Louis Ruggiero, Jr., appeal from judgments of conviction entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York following a jury trial before then -Judge Kenneth Conboy, 824 F.Supp. 379. Aulicino was convicted on one count of conspiracy to kidnap, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1201(c) (1988), and was sentenced principally to 78 months’ imprisonment, to be followed by a five-year term of supervised release.
