{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Estella F. Young, appeals a decision in which the Clark County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, ruled in favor of plaintiff-appellee Lawrence J. Hofbauer, administrator of the estate of Mary E. Kirkland (hereinafter “the decedent”), pursuant to a complaint for declaratory judgment filed on July 18, 2006.
