Ronnie Roland d/b/a RB Backhoe ("Roland"), who was looking for a used dump truck to purchase, located some trucks for sale by Hilton Cooper Contracting, Inc. (the "company"). The company had placed a few used trucks for sale because those trucks were no longer useful to it.
