Before the court is [Dkt. # 196] plaintiff National Railroad Passenger Corporation’s (“Amtrak”) motion for a judgment of disgorgement of the profits that defendant Veolia Transportation Services, Inc., and Veolia Transportation, Inc. (“Veolia”) has earned to date on its contract with the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority to operate the Tri-Rail commuter line (“the contract”).
