OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS

LAWSON, District Judge.

The plaintiff, a Michigan corporation that provides “supplemental educational services,” such as tutoring, to grammar and high school students, has filed the present action against the Detroit Public School District (DPS) and one of its employees alleging that the defendants wrongfully refused to include the plaintiff on an approved list of service providers.
