Complainants are heirs-at-law of Edmond W. Richardson, deceased. On the eighth day of February, 1882, W. W. Dean, as administrator of the estate of Edmond "W. Richardson, deceased, by a written lease, let to the defendant a farm containing about 200 acres, of which about 140 acres was tillable land, and the balance was marsh and woodland. The term was to expire on the first day of April, 1885,. and the rental was $500 a year, and all road taxes.
