The Maryland Wrecking and Equipment Company, a corporation, and Harry Klaff, trading as H. Klaff and Conor pany, recovered against the Western Maryland D’airy, Incor porated, the sum of twenty-five hundred dollars in an action of trover and conversion. The suit w'as brought by the Maryland Wrecking and Equipment Company as. owner against the Western Maryland Dairy and the News Publishing Company, joint tort feasors.
