William Holmes being the owner of a tract of land adjoining Baltimore City, containing thirty-six acres, leased the same to the Peabody Heights Company for ninety-nine years, renewable forever, upon the payment of a yearly rent of nine thousand dollars, with the right of redemption at any time within ten years, on the payment of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars.
