Defendant appeals his conviction for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). ORS 813.010. He argues on appeal that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence of observations of his conduct by a police officer after defendant stepped out of his vehicle. We affirm.
The only evidence at the suppression hearing was from three of the officers present at the scene where defendant was arrested.
