Pulcini v. Doctor's Clinic, PC

Defendants John B. Nori, D.O., and John B. Nori, D.O., P.C., appeal by leave granted from an order of the Wayne Circuit Court denying their motion for change of venue.

In their May 14, 1984, complaint, plaintiffs alleged that Guiseppe Pulcini sought medical care from codefendants on July 8, 1982. He complained of vision problems and was referred to defendant John B. Nori, an osteopathic physician specializing in diseases and surgery of the eye.
