The appellant, former wife of appellee Willis Jones, filed a bill of complaint against appellees, Willis Jones and his mother, Annie Mae Jones, in the Chancery Court of Monroe County, in which he sought to set aside a certain deed from Willis Jones to Annie Mae Jones, charging such conveyance to be a fraud upon appellant, judgment creditor, or pleading in the alternative that the deed should be subjected to the claim of the appellant.
