In this dissolution action, four children were placed in the custody of the respondent wife. She was awarded child support in the total amount of $185 per month. She was awarded no maintenance. The separate property was set apart and mari tal property was divided. The 40-acre homestead was awarded to the wife. Among other provisions, the decree required the husband to substitute collateral or otherwise obtain the release of the 40-acre homestead from the lien of existing deeds of trust.
