In this cause a judgment of dismissal was entered upon a challenge to the evidence at the close of plaintiff’s case. On appeal plaintiff raises but one question, which is stated in her opening brief as follows:

“Should the case have been submitted to the jury under the last clear chance doctrine when the evidence shows that the deceased was killed while walking with the traffic on the extreme edge of the pavement by a car striking him from behind while traveling at 50 miles per hour when the presence of the deceased was clearly visible to the driver of the car for a distance of several hundred…
