ROSENBAUM, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Curtis Minter, Jr. (Minter), filed this action in state court against defendant, Ford Motor Company (Ford), on March 11, 1991. Defendant removed the action to this Court on March 28, 1991. Count I of plaintiffs amended complaint alleges that Ford intentionally obstructed his receipt of workers’ compensation benefits, in violation of Minnesota Statutes, § 176.82. Count II alleges that Ford engaged in retaliatory discrimination, in violation of Minnesota Statutes, § 363.03, subdivision 7(1), and 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-3(a) (Title VII). Count II is based upon…
