In this wrongful death action arising from the March 15, 2008 tower crane collapse (the accident) in New York City, plaintiff Denise C. Bleidner (Bleidner), individually and as executrix of the estate of Wayne R. Bleidner, deceased, moves pursuant to 22 NYCRR 216.1 for an order temporarily sealing the settlement terms, sum and allocation of the estate of Wayne R.
