The plaintiff entered upon the performance of his contract and designed and prepared plans and specifications which were accepted by the defendant, and the amount due upon the acceptance thereof in accordance with the contract was paid to plaintiff. The defendant, School District, proceeded with the erection of two units of the school building, one soon after the contract was made in 1911 and one in the year 1914.
