(After stating the foregoing facts.)

While there was only one original plaintiff, others intervened, and the term plaintiffs will be used. The plaintiffs alleged, and submitted evidence to the effect that the property in question has a rental value approximating $300 per month; and it is argued in their behalf that the contract virtually makes a donation to a private corporation of this sum monthly, amounting to more than $100,000 for the entire thirty-five years.
