OPINION

JOHN S. ANDERSON, Justice.

In this original proceeding, relators Republic Lloyds, Thomas Beño d/b/a Beño & Associates, Thomas Beño, and Doug Wallace, seek a writ of mandamus ordering the trial court to vacate its order denying their Motion for Severance, or, alternatively Motion for Separate Trials, and Motion for Abatement. We deny the petition for writ of mandamus.
