This matter is before the court for a determination of the amount of punitive dam ages to be assessed against defendant Quiktrip Corporation (“Quiktrip”). This ease was tried to a jury from April 19, 1993, to April 23, 1993. The jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff on his claim for fraud by silence and for defendant on plaintiffs breach of contract and age discrimination claims.
