Introduction.
Before the Court are motions of Jerome Golub, Arlene Golub and Janet Steinberg (the “Individual Defendants”) in the above adversary action seeking dismissal of the Plaintiff/Debtor’s complaint for damages and equitable relief, or in the alternative, to have the Court either abstain from hearing the matter, or transfer venue to the District Court for the District of Columbia.
