JOHNSON, Senior Circuit Judge:
Plaintiff Mike Ousley Productions appeals the district court’s award of Rule 11 sanctions to defendant Ric Hogan against plaintiffs attorney, Gary Hooper. We affirm.
I. STATEMENT OF THE CASE
In August 1987, Hooper filed a complaint in federal district court on behalf of his client, Mike Ousley Productions, alleging that the defendants had breached an oral contract and interfered with plaintiff’s business and contractual relationships.
