GLADNEY, Judge.

Union Producing Company, A. J. Hodges Industries, Inc. and Douglas Whitaker, the defendants-appellants herein, seek reversal of a judgment ordering the cancellation of two oil, gas and mineral leases on certain lands situated in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana. This action was brought by J. C. Le-Sage, who acquired from appellants’ lessors mineral interests affecting the lands included in the leases involved in this legal controversy. The plaintiff, J. C.
