Appellee, John F. Adams, filed a bill in the superior court of Cook county March 17, 1915, for the specific performance of a contract for the conveyance to him -by appellant, Annie Larson, of two lots and improvements thereon located on the north side in the city of Chicago, at the corner of Glenwood avenue and Arthur street. The matter was referred to a master in chancery, who heard the testimony and recommended a decree for specific performance.
