Klapka v. Shrauger

This is an action for the rescission of a land sale con*356tract and to recover the payment of $1,000 made by the plaintiff to the defendant at the time the contract was executed. The defendant denied breaches of contract set out in plaintiff’s petition, and alleged the delivery of possession of the land to the plaintiff and his entry into possession, and his continued possession thereof for six months, and asked that the contract be reformed.
