Podewitz v. GERING NATIONAL BANK

On September 4, 1958, John Podewitz and Madeline V. Podewitz brought this action in the district court for Scotts Bluff County against the Gering National Bank and Douglas E. Jones. E. L. Fundingsland was authorized to and did intervene.
