This case arises out of an alleged breach of a non-compete covenant between a financial analyst and his former employer. In 2008, Paul Heldman, a health policy analyst who provides research to institutional investors, joined a small policy research firm based in the District of Columbia called Potomac Research Group (“PRG”).
