ENTRY DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO VACATE THE ARBITRATION AWARD
BARKER, Chief Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion to Vacate the Arbitration Award, alleging that the arbitrator (1) exceeded his powers, (2) violated public policy, and (3) had a disqualifying conflict of interest. Defendant rejoins that (1) the parties’ agreement prohibits judicial review of the arbitration award, (2) the arbitrator did not exceed his. powers, and (3) the arbitrator did not have a disqualifying conflict of interest.
