MEMORANDUM
PADOVA, District Judge.
Silicon Power Corp. (“Silicon Power”) commenced an arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16, against General Electric Zenith Controls, Inc. (“GE Zenith”) on December 18, 2003, claiming that GE Zenith had breached two agreements between the companies related to the development and sales of low voltage static transfer switches (“LVSTS”).
