MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
CAMPOS, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on:
1. Defendant’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment,
2. Plaintiffs Motion in Limine Regarding Seat Belt Defense, and
3. Defendant’s Motion to Exclude Con-clusory Testimony of Plaintiff’s Expert that Crossing was Extrahazardous.
