DECISION
CLAIBORNE, District Judge.
This matter is currently before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction and upon the Defendants’ Motions to Dismiss. The action arises out of the following facts: Plaintiff, a woman citizen of the State of Nevada since 1968, graduated with a law degree from LaSalle University, a correspondence law school, which is not accredited by the American Bar Association.
