PARRISH, Justice:
¶ 1 Defendant Liza Corwell entered a conditional guilty plea to attempted tampering with evidence. She subsequently moved to withdraw her plea, claiming that the district court had not strictly complied with rule 11(e) of the Utah Rules of Criminal Procedure, which governs the entry of guilty pleas. The district court denied Corwell’s motion.
