Before the Court is Defendant Cessna Aircraft Company’s Motion for Summary Judgment [Docket Entry # 66]. For the reasons stated below, the Motion is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.
I. BACKGROUND
On January 24, 2003, a Cessna C208B model aircraft crashed near San Angelo, Texas, injuring the plane’s two occupants, Plaintiffs John David Morris and Steven Joseph Fleck.
