Plaintiff Navid Yeasin filed this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging that Defendant Tammara Durham, the University of Kansas’s Vice Provost for Student Affairs, retaliated against him in violation of his First Amendment rights and violated his substantive due process rights under the Fourteenth Amendment. This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim (Doc. 13). The motion to dismiss is fully briefed, and the Court is prepared to rule.
