Cynthia Bridges (Employee) appeals from a decision by the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission) that she was disqualified for unemployment benefits. The Commission determined that Employee had been discharged for misconduct connected with her work. See § 288.050.2. 1 On appeal, Employee argues that the Commission’s decision was not supported by competent and substantial evidence because the evidence upon which the Commission relied was hearsay.
