This case involves issues pertaining to the discovery and removal of asbestos contaminated materials from several Kershaw County Schools. From a jury verdict in favor of Respondent Kershaw County Board of Education (Kershaw), United States Gypsum Company (Gypsum) appeals.

I. FACTUAL BACKGROUND
