ORDER ON MOTION TO DISMISS
LOUGHLIN, District Judge.
This diversity action is brought by the Town of Hooksett School District against W.R. Grace and Company, a foreign corporation, which sold and installed asbestos products in one of the Plaintiff’s schools. Plaintiff seeks a judgment of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00) alleging harm to its physical property and breach of warranty arising from the sale and installation of unreasonably dangerous asbestos products by the Defendant in 1958.
