{1} Plaintiffs, which are several FastBuclcsrelated entities (FastBucks), appeal the decision of the Fifth Judicial District Court (5th district court) denying FastBucks’ petition for mandamus relief against the Attorney General on the basis that granting relief would unduly interfere with pending litigation between the parties before the First Judicial District Court (1st district court).
