Granting the Plaintiffs’ Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order

I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the court on the plaintiffs’ motion for a temporary restraining order. The plaintiffs, a group of commercial real estate developers, entered into a loan transaction (“the Loan Agreement”) with the defendants to purchase, renovate and lease out a property in Northeast D.C.
